No, we do not offer gluten free products. However, many of our customers who are gluten sensitive or gluten intolerant are able to enjoy sourdough.

No, we do not slice our bread.
Your bread is still quite warm when it is packaged for delivery. A fresh loaf of bread should sit for at least 2 hours before slicing. We have found for perfect slices to let the bread sit for 24 hours which gives the loaf time to firm up a little and aids in even cuts. We have also found that folks like to choose the thickness of their slices.

Yes. Both types of loaves are vegan.

No. The SC Home Food Producers Guidance does not allow me to sell starter, but anyone who takes my sourdough bread making classes gets a free starter.

No, I am sorry we do not deliver to private residences. Instead we have partnered with local complementary businesses in Pickens, Easley and Anderson areas.
