I began my sourdough journey in 2021 in an effort to reintroduce bread after being gluten-free for 8 years due to gluten intolerance.
It was a wonderful day when I realized I could enjoy bread again since the fermentation process of sourdough makes it more digestible for me.
This discovery led to me teaching others how to make their own sourdough and then providing a few loaves each week to a local grocer (The Farmacy in Easley, SC.)
A micro-bakery came to be!
It has been quite a ride to see the Lord’s blessings poured out on Daily Bread Sourdough as it has grown so quickly. I’m excited to see where He and this venture leads as my team and I continue to provide wholesome loaves, made with all organic ingredients, to my community and as I teach others how to begin their own sourdough journey.
